Booking Process:

Please complete the booking form and forward it to us with 25% of the advance amount of your total package cost. You have to pay the stated percent of the amount along with the booking form before at least 60 days of your departure. On receipt of your booking form and advance, we will confirm your booking and send you an email with your booked details package and complete invoice. You must pay your invoice before 35 days of your trip departure.

Payment Options:
You can pay us through cash transfer to our bank account which details will be provided to you during the booking process. ATMs are available in many places around Kathmandu valley. You will also easily get money exchanged in a money exchanger easily available around cities. They also accept your credit cards.

Responsibility:

Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels works for the fulfillment of your every desire that you expect from our travel packages. With this motive, we work with honesty and due attention to our valued clients. However, we shall not be responsible for any deviation or changes in your itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances like political unrest, strike, earthquakes, flight delays, landslides, sickness, accidents, etc. Any extra expenses by the client themselves such as personal expenses the company will not be accountable for.

Accident or Loss:

Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels has no liability for the loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however, caused, unless due to our employees’ negligence, our liability is limited except for death or personal injury for a refund of the tour cost.

Documents:

All clients are personally responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and other personal traveling documents. All foreigners except Indians have to have a valid passport and visa while entering Nepal. The visa can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or the checkpoints at the border. visit www.immi.gov.np for more information about Visa to Nepal.
Kailash Journeys shall not be responsible if the clients do not hold valid passports and relevant visas.

Health and Safety:

The client should acknowledge that Nepal is an adventure destination where most tourists come for adventure activities like trekking, climbing, rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, etc. Kailash Journeys strongly advises our clients to consult their doctors before they come to Nepal. However, our guides are trained with first aid training and they carry medical kits during the trekking for our client’s safety.

Alternation in Prices and Itineraries:

Prices can change due to factors that influence prices. In such conditions, we reserve the right to increase the price of your accommodation after you have booked. After a Confirmation Invoice has been sent to you, any increase in your accommodation price will result from changes in our costs of supplying your accommodation resulting from currency fluctuations and government action. administration charges and any relevant travel agent’s commission are included within the price.

Right to Cancel Booking by Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels (P) Ltd.
We aim to provide your accommodation as booked. But if, for example, you do not pay the balance of the accommodation price on time, we may cancel it. We may cancel your booking if events that are out of our control, such as war, the threat of war, riots, political instability, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, epidemics, health risks, and any other similar events.

Cancellation:

You may cancel the travel program at any point in time against paying the cancellation charge. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your booked accommodation. Period before departure within which written notice of cancellation is received.

We have also a provision to transfer your trip to a third party which will not charge extra but the charges of airlines are still applied, if you inform us at least 10 before your trip departure the above cancellation policy applies to you whatever situation you cancel it. But the above conditions don’t apply if your trip is canceled due to our own problem.

Travel Insurance:

Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels strongly recommend to its client to get insurance in their home country before they book our travel packages which cover cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal life.

Extra Cost:

The extra cost due to unavoidable circumstances or due to the reason that is beyond our control shall not be liable to us.

Complaint
you have the right to complain about any service we provide. If we are unable to resolve the problem immediately, to the service provider or our representative.
Your Conduct towards staff and other guests
We can refuse to accept you as our customer or continue our services towards you if your behavior is disruptive or affects other guests or is threatening or abusive towards our staff or agents, on the telephone, no refunds will be provided to you and we may make a claim against you for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of your behavior. Criminal proceedings may also be instigated.

Legal Jurisdiction:

All terms and conditions are following the laws of Nepal and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Terms and Conditions

Please read this section carefully as it contains all the necessary information regarding the condition of the services that we provide to you. These terms and conditions apply between ‘you’ and ‘Holy Land Adventures Pvt Ltd’ as the receiver and provider of travel services. When you buy our product/services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

For your booking to come into effect, you are required to pay 25% of your trip cost at the time of booking our trip. Failure to make payment will make your booking void.

The full balance of your trip cost has to be paid at least 10 days before the start of the trek. If the booking is made not more than 10 days before the date of the trip, you have to make 100% of the trip cost as a booking/reservation.

Form of Payment: You may choose to make your payment using an online portal on this website or making a fund transfer to the Bank Account which is also provided on this website. You are required to inform us in advance of any other payment arrangement that’s more feasible for you. Standard processing fees apply to credit card and wire transfers.

The travel itineraries are made flexible to accommodate the needs and interests of travelers, however, you are required to communicate any changes in the standard itinerary in advance. That being said, we go the extra mile to ensure that your demands are met as much as possible.

Travel plans are subject to change and canceled due to unforeseeable events like strikes, disasters, and severe weather. Day-to-day itineraries are estimations rather than a hard rule even though we adhere to the itineraries in general situations. amount paid for the trip.

You are liable to protect yourself with proper travel insurance when traveling with us. This helps ensure the necessary help can be obtained in time. Having proper insurance will also help you cover additional expenses during the trip. Not having proper insurance will require you to pay an additional amount to cover such expenses by yourself.

You must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity when traveling with us. Further, it is also your responsibility to obtain visas from the countries where you wish to travel. We will provide such guidance at the time/after booking.

You assume all the risks of traveling, such as loss of goods, theft, and other incidents out of our control.

Cancellation: The company will not be responsible to refund your payments for the trip if you cancel it less than 10 days before the trip. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel your trip before 10 days of the commencement. If the paid booking is canceled more than 15 days before the trip start date, the company will refund 75% of your payment.

While trekking, you are fully required to comply with the rules coming out from your trekking leader. Such rules include exploration, accommodation choices, resting, and returning from the trip in the face of unfavorable events. These rules will help us ensure group and individual safety in the mountains.
